Job summary

Sealaska Technical Services, LLC seeks an Environmental Professional to conduct transducer operations, data downloads, and well maintenance in field settings around Los Alamos, NM. You will install and calibrate transducers, monitor well pressures, and support data reporting for the Water Program.

The role requires the ability to hike to remote locations, operate field equipment, and coordinate with project leads. Some after-hours work is expected, with adherence to safety policies.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with relevant experience in engineering/science or technical discipline.
• Familiarity with cellular, radio, and satellite telemetry systems.

Responsibilities

• Collect groundwater level measurements from various wells and document results.
• Monitor and service packer pressures and pressure cylinders.
• Install transducers in wells and perform field maintenance.
• Operate generators, pumps, and field equipment.
• Maintain calibration logs and verify telemetry system functionality.
• Coordinate with project leads and assist with site access, data tabulation, and reporting.
