Job summary

GrayMar Environmental Services, LLC is hiring an Environmental Technician to support non-emergency and emergency response tasks, including confined space work, oil spill cleanup, and drum handling. You will wear PPE, operate a range of equipment, and participate in mandatory trainings.

This role requires a high school diploma (associate or bachelor’s preferred), and a valid driver’s license. Expect travel on occasion and rotating on-call duties, with comprehensive benefits after the probation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record; eligible to operate company vehicles.
• 6+ months of general labor experience.

Responsibilities

• Wear PPE properly and adhere to safety procedures.
• Perform labor-intensive activities in all weather conditions.
• Work in atmospheres with low clearances, confined spaces and at heights.
• Operate light and heavy equipment including Forklifts and Aerial/Boom Lifts, Skid Steers, Excavators, Pressure washers.
• Attend mandatory training to earn certifications and obtain responsibilities information.
• On-Call schedule for Emergency Response; potential out-of-town travel.
