Forensic Analytical Consulting Services, Inc. in Reno, NV, is seeking an Environmental Health Specialist to support public health and industrial hygiene projects.

This field-based role requires regular travel to local client sites and occasional travel outside the local area. You will conduct fieldwork on asbestos, lead, mold and moisture, indoor environmental quality, air and exposure sampling, and other environmental health concerns, documenting site conditions and communicating updates to

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail.
• Reliable, professional, able to follow field protocols and safety requirements.
• Valid driver’s license, transportation, and insurance; ability to travel locally and occasionally out of area.
• Willingness to work evenings/weekends as needed.

Mansioni

• Perform fieldwork under Project Managers’ guidance.
• Travel regularly to local client sites and some out-of-area work.
• Support projects involving asbestos, lead, mold/moisture, indoor air quality, and air sampling.
• Review project scopes and field protocols to ensure understanding.
• Collect data and samples, document conditions, and prepare field notes.
• Maintain equipment and transport supplies for fieldwork.
• Summarize findings to support reporting and analysis.
• Communicate project status and findings to Project Managers.
• Adhere to safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Participate in training and professional development.
