Job summary

Onterris is seeking a Senior LDAR Field Technician to inspect facilities in the Oil and Gas industry, identifying hydrocarbon leaks and vents. Salary ranges from $24 to $28 per hour, depending on experience and location.

You will lead field inspections, coordinate with GPS-equipped sites, and contribute to a safety-first culture. The role requires 12-hour shifts, valid driver's license, and a background in engineering technology or a related technical field.

Qualifications

• Experience in Oil and Gas industry; hydrocarbon detection/measurement preferred.
• Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office; Android OS proficiency.
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts.
• Valid driver's license.
• Degree in engineering technology or related technical field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and navigate to facilities using maps and GPS.
• Conduct field inspections, leading a team or working independently, safely and accurately.
• Assist in safety meetings and promote a strong safety culture.
• Calibrate and maintain equipment.
• Use detection and measurement technologies under supervision.
• Collect and record emission data.
• Prepare field reports as required.
