Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Field Data Analyst to support regulatory compliance at client sites in California. The role includes assisting project teams with data management tools, testing beta software, and producing OM&M reports.

You will help schedule follow-up monitoring, respond to user inquiries, and train customers using virtual and in-person formats. Candidates should have 1–2 years of OM&M compliance experience and a bachelor’s degree is highly desired.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of OM&M compliance experience; degree highly desired.
• Strong communication and deadline management; interface with stakeholders.
• Ability to read and interpret Federal, State, and Local rules.
• Highly organized, detail oriented; able to work with limited supervision.
• Proficient in Windows-based MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Understand and implement regulatory compliance requirements at client sites.
• Assist customers and internal project teams with data management applications.
• Evaluate and test beta data management software.
• Review monitoring data and prepare OM&M client reports.
• Assist in scheduling OM&M follow-up monitoring.
• Respond to Data Services user calls and emails for assistance.
• Track resolution of help calls in project management software.
• Document project status and resolution of help requests clearly.
• Assist with training Data Services customers (web and in-person).
• Data entry for site client reports.
• Develop, maintain QA/QC procedures; enforce regulatory rules.
• Conduct site inspections of LFG systems and other monitoring controls; document compliance.
