Job summary

Instrata is seeking a Field Engineering Manager in Baton Rouge, Louisiana to lead field engineering support during complex infrastructure projects. This role requires collaboration with Project Managers and teams to ensure technical execution and installation quality.

Key responsibilities include analyzing project documents, providing guidance to field teams, and enhancing processes for successful project delivery. Candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant experience with strong knowledge of low-voltage systems and a Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications
