Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect construction sites to identify design issues and verify work meets specifications.
• Review public infrastructure improvements including streets, water, sewer, and storm drains.
• Communicate with contractors to resolve concerns and determine corrective actions.
• Keep supervisors and agencies informed of conflicts or project concerns.
• Compile as-built information, project records, punch lists, and documentation.
• Use GPS equipment to conduct land, utility, and infrastructure surveys.
