Broadpeak is seeking a Field Engineer to support customer deployments, troubleshooting, and operational excellence in the Denver area. You will work with customers, partners, Sales, Product Management, R&D, and Support to ensure successful deployments and ongoing adoption of Broadpeak solutions.

The role emphasizes hands-on Kubernetes, Linux, and networking skills, plus knowledge of OTT, CDN, ABR, HLS/MPEG-DASH, and ad insertions. Travel to customer sites 2–3 days weekly is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 3+ years in Field Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar customer-facing role.
• Experience deploying and supporting complex software in production environments.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain trusted relationships with customer technical teams in the Denver area.
• Act as technical advisor and advocate for customer success.
• Facilitate technical workshops, training sessions, demos and knowledge transfer.
• Support customer satisfaction and long-term adoption of Broadpeak solutions.
• Transfer PoCs to Broadpeak operations for installation and integration.
• Coordinate between Broadpeak and customer engineering teams for successful deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with R&D and Product teams as needed.
• Analyze logs, performance metrics, and system configurations to identify root causes.
