Responsibilities

• Perform daily construction staking and work layout tasks for concrete construction.
• Layout footings, columns, slabs, and walls from architectural plans.
• Maintain calibration and accuracy of layout equipment.

Skills

Proficient knowledge in AutoCAD

Experience with total stations survey equipment and software

Problem-solving skills

Effective communication

Strong knowledge of concrete construction principles

Education

OSHA 30 certification

CPR/First Aid certification
