Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management required.
• Minimum 5 years of Heavy Civil/Rail construction experience.
• Design-build experience preferred.
• Proficient with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, Foreman and crews to ensure that work plans are tracked and analyzed to maximize efficiency and safety.
• Assist in developing and updating the project schedule.
• Ensure quality objectives are being met for the project.
• May supervise the work of other project resources and provide mentoring and coaching.
• Prepare field material take-offs.
• Initiate and prepare requisitions for the procurement of services, materials, and equipment necessary to support the project schedule.
• Schedule and coordinate the release of construction design documents in support of the construction schedule.
• Assist in cost tracking and help maintain budget controls.
• Track quantities, materials, and equipment usage on-site.
• Additional responsibilities requested by Project Management team.
• Conduct safety audits, perform job hazard analyses (JHAs), manage site-specific safety plans and support our Safety/Zero Harm culture
