Qualifications

• Trade-related education or industry experience preferred.
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain as-built drawings in electronic document control system.
• Assist Foreman with new hire paperwork, orientation, and video.
• Distribute mail and scheduled updates; manage document flow.
• Assist material handler with filing and backorders.
• Assist QA/QC with filing.
• Manage California State license list and training numbers.
• Assist with timekeeping for field employees.
• Track tool orders, returns, damages, and losses.
• Complete daily job journals with Foreman input.
• Assist with payroll-related checks and termination slips.
