Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Experience in field execution, surveying, and on-site coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site procurement activities including material requisitions and tracking deliveries.
• Track schedules, ensure contract compliance, and support Project Manager to deliver on time and within budget.
• Develop construction figures from engineering sketches using AutoCAD.
• Process subcontractor billings, monitor budgets, and provide financial reporting.
