Job summary

ENTACT is seeking a Field Engineer in Dallas, TX to support project execution with the health and safety team, handling quality control, surveying, reporting, KPI tracking, and on-site procurement. Willingness to travel between project sites is required.

The ideal candidate has a civil/construction background, strong communication skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD/Trimble. You will assist the Project Manager to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with drawings and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Commitment to safety and quality in field operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site procurement activities and track materials.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Track schedules, ensure contract compliance, support PM and Superintendent.
• Develop construction figures from designs and field measurements using AutoCAD.
• Manage subcontractor billings and project budgets; provide financial reporting.
• Oversee contracts from drafting to closeout.
• Ensure compliance with drawings and project specifications.
• Conduct topographic surveys to calculate earthwork and drainage.
• Travel to project sites as required.
