You will oversee foremen, subcontractors, and related personnel while upholding safety standards and quality expectations. The role requires strong analytical skills, communication abilities, and a commitment to zero-accident culture on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Construction Management or Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
• One year of experience and internships in construction preferred.
• Strong computer skills with experience in project design, job costing, scheduling, and estimating.

Responsibilities

• Review design documents, shop drawings and submittals for contract scope.
• Set up job site logistics and coordinate with field teams.
• Identify, define and procure required craft and subcontractor services.
• Monitor project costs and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop, maintain, and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
• Document daily construction activities and assist with CPM scheduling.
