Job summary

Yellowjacket Oilfield Services, LLC is seeking a Field Engineer to join our Midland team. You will plan and direct field operations, coordinate movement of personnel and equipment, and ensure service quality according to plan.

You will train crew members, uphold safety policies, interface with customers to maintain relationships, and contribute to proposals and pricing as needed. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, outdoor work, and flexibility to travel.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising field operations and directing crews.

• Must have basic writing, math and computer skills.
• Flexible to travel and work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct employees under supervision to meet job objectives.
• Coordinate safe movement of personnel, equipment and products to customer sites.
• Train staff to understand and comply with SOPs and safety policies.
• Interface with customers to maintain positive relations and explain service plans.
• Promote Yellowjacket product lines and prepare proposals/pricing as needed.
• Adhere to company policies and safety standards; perform additional duties as assigned.
