Qualifications

• BA in Construction Management or Engineering.
• 1–2 years of construction experience.
• Familiarity with structural drawings and construction technology.
• Strong technical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain field logs, drawings, crane inspection checklists.
• Coordinate with Superintendent and Foremen to resolve erection issues.
• Assist with scheduling, workforce reporting and cost control.
• Track project activities and assign cost codes.
• Coordinate crane activities and lift plans.
