Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Tulsa-based Field Service Engineer to maintain mission systems on a highly specialized airborne platform. You will ensure system readiness, perform installation and maintenance, and support test events on ABS aircraft.

The role requires strong hardware/software skills, experience with EO/IR sensors, and ability to travel up to 40% (CONUS/OCONUS). A TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• At least 2 years troubleshooting technical and/or software products.
• Experience with EO/IR sensor systems, gimbaled imaging, or aviation modification/repair.

Responsibilities

• Integrate with engineering teams during requirements, design, testing and implementation.
• Install equipment, wiring or software to meet specs and assemblies per drawings.
• Provide on-site engineering support for integration and test events.
• Support in-flight and post-flight testing and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with program managers and support business development efforts.
