DESCRIPTION
Conducts technical analysis of product implementations, modifications, and enhancements to products in accordance with specific customer specifications and implementations. Troubleshoots technical problems and issues, determines technical solutions in accordance with product and customer specifications, and recommends actions to company or customer representatives for coordinated product solutions. Assesses product needs in accordance with customer specifications. Conducts technical training and product briefings with customers, vendors, and company representatives. Acts as a local on-site representative to the customer's organization.
Program Job Description:
The technical support individual will be responsible for completing hands-on work, including testing, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic hardware in a fast-paced environment. This role requires the ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform various tasks, such as working with bonding adhesives, weighing, measuring, and mixing chemicals, as well as soldering and de-soldering circuit boards and harnesses. Additionally, the individual will utilize hand tools to complete tasks and operate commercial and program-specific test equipment. To diagnose and repair both electronic and mechanical hardware, they will use written procedures, engineering drawings, and diagrams. The successful candidate will be capable of performing tests, diagnosing issues, and repairing electronic hardware with limited supervision. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Los Angeles, California, requiring the individual to work on-site at all times.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain.
  • 4/10 Work Week.
  • 1st Shift.
  • $58.22/hr.
  • Duration: 6/9/2025-6/5/2026
  • Non-Exempt
  • Contract Position.
  • Worker will work onsite full-time.
MANDATORY:
  • 4-year college degree, a 2-year degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, an equivalent technical degree, or relevant military experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience reading engineering drawings and schematics is required.
  • 3-5 years of experience with electronic troubleshooting, with the ability to fault-isolate to individual components is required.
  • 3-5 years of experience with electro-optical sensor hardware and software is required.
  • 3-5 years of experience with commercial and/or military electronics maintenance, including hand tool operation and maintenance is required.
DESIRED:
  • Familiarity with test equipment operation, troubleshooting, repair, and calibration. 3-5 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also preferred. 3-5 years of experience.
  • Experience working with commercial test, measurement, and rework equipment, such as oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, and hand-soldering, is also desirable. 3-5 years of experience.
