Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or architecture or equivalent experience.
• 0 to 8-12 months of field engineer/coordinator experience; internships count.
• Knowledge of construction specifications, methods and procedures (formwork, self-perform, subcontracted work, temporary works, scheduling).
• Excellent written and verbal communication with supervisors and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and lead inspections and orientations, enforce health and safety practices.
• Coordinate with the superintendent on workforce planning.
• Support project engineers and superintendents with RFIs, shop drawings, changes, and billings.
