Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in building construction and site layout/surveying.
• Proven experience managing day-to-day layout activities on active construction sites.
• Clear communicator who collaborates well across field and office teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead layout for site control, elevations, and major building systems.
• Perform topographic surveys and critical measurements to support accuracy.
• Collaborate closely with VDC and survey teams on project initiatives.
• Train and support Project Engineers and field teams in layout processes.

Skills

Working knowledge of builder’s levels

Experience with robotic total stations

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

Strong understanding of construction operations

Clear communication skills

Organized and detail-oriented

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Surveying, or related field
