Ryan Companies in Seattle, WA is seeking a Field Engineer Intern to support the on-site team with project document flow, scheduling, quality control and safety. You will gain hands-on experience in job-site coordination and daily operations.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering/Management or closely related field, within 18 months of graduation, and able to commit to 40 hours per week for a minimum three-month term.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering/Management or closely-related field.
• Within 18 months of graduating with a four-year degree.
• Able to work 40 hours a week for at least a three-month term.
• Read contracts, specifications and drawings.
• Communicate clearly orally and in writing.
• Handle simultaneous priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project document flow, scheduling, quality control, safety and other duties specific to the project.
• Develop a first-hand understanding of job-site coordination, scheduling, quality control and safety.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering/Management or closely-related field
