Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Field Engineer Intern to assist superintendents with daily duties on active projects in Tucson, AZ.

The role offers hands-on exposure to site coordination, scheduling, quality control, and safety practices under the supervision of experienced professionals. The ideal candidate is pursuing a bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering/Management (or related) and will be within 18 months of graduation, able to commit to 40 hours per week for a minimum

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering/Management or closely-related field.
• Within 18 months of graduating with a four-year degree.
• Able to work 40 hours a week for at least a three-month term.
• Position requires verification of employment to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read and understand contracts, specifications and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with project document flow, scheduling, quality control, safety and other duties specific to the project.
• Develop a first-hand understanding of job-site coordination, scheduling, quality control and safety.
