Allan Myers, Inc. in Virginia is seeking students to support a crew, project or plant team on heavy civil construction projects. You will gain on-the-job training, exposure to a large project, and a buddy assignment while engaging in planning, scheduling and execution tasks.

Typical duties include coordinating subcontractors, project schedule management, daily reporting, and material ordering. Assignments typically last 3–6 months, with an hourly pay range of $23.00–$26.00 based on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mining & Materials Engineering, Business Management, or another engineering-related degree.
• Must be a team player and possess a collaborative attitude.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to change.
