Job summary

Webber, a Ferrovial company, is seeking an Intern to join our team for a 12-week program across Safety, Survey/Estimating, Project Supervision, and Field Engineering. The internship offers locations across our Heavy Civil, Waterworks, Infrastructure Management, and Energy divisions, providing hands-on experience in a fast-growing company.

You will gain exposure to JHA, HSOs, plan interpretation, surveying, and material quantity estimation while developing real-world skills under professional

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a 4-year degree in Civil/Mechanical/Environmental Engineering or related field.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Physical ability to work in a field-based construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Support safety, surveying, estimating, project supervision and field engineering during the internship.
• Learn to interpret plans, set layouts, and survey quantities.
• Assist with jobsite audits, risk assessments, and safety observations.
• Communicate work plans to field crews and contribute to efficient project delivery.
