The Boldt Company seeks a Field Engineer Intern to support active construction projects by coordinating project information, tracking field progress, and collaborating with project teams and subcontractors. You will help monitor safety compliance and ensure activities align with contract documents, drawings, specs, and codes.

This internship emphasizes hands-on learning through mentorship, with opportunities to gain practical field operations experience and build professional relationships

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior in an undergraduate program, with preferred concentrations in Construction Management, Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships through calls.
• Goal oriented with focus on personal development.
• Evidence of high academic achievement and leadership experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Support active construction projects by coordinating project information and tracking field progress.
• Work closely with project teams and subcontractors to coordinate work and support project schedules.
• Help monitor subcontractor safety compliance with Boldt safety protocols and applicable regulations.
• Verify construction activities align with contract documents, drawings, specifications, and codes.
