Job summary

Welltec is seeking an entry-level or experienced Field Engineer to join its Global Operations in North America. You will participate in all field activities from data collection to long-term development planning and operation of tools, with hands-on, structured training and rapid responsibility growth.

Ideal candidates have engineering/technical education, willingness to work on- and offshore, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proactive safety mindset.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or technical training in a relevant field.
• Willingness to relocate and travel extensively.
• Strong English language skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Authorized to work in USA without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Comply with Welltec Safety and Quality Policy standards.
• Execute field operations including planning, rig up/down, equipment prep, and service execution.
• Collaborate with other field engineers.
• Complete relevant job paperwork promptly.
• Undergo Welltec training.
• Manage equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain equipment and facilities in good condition.
• Provide clear communication with clients and field personnel.
