Job summary

Skanska is seeking a Field Engineer II (Heavy Civil Construction) to support safety, estimating and project management while independently guiding teams on site. The role carries decision-making authority and does not require the candidate to perform manual labor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree – Construction or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years prior relevant experience.
• Requires practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations and coordinate with safety, estimating, PM, and operations.
• Manage teams and delegate tasks; make decisions within project scope.
• No manual labor required; accountable for project execution and supervision.
