Job summary

Gilbane is seeking a Field Engineer II to learn the Project Engineer and Superintendent functions and gain hands-on field experience.

You will join a family-owned, Top-10 ENR contractor with Gilbane University training and mentorship from an experienced team while delivering on projects such as schools, labs and hospitals.

In Philadelphia, the role offers a salary range of $80,000–$100,000 plus benefits and a retirement program.

Qualifications

• Experience with commercial/institutional construction projects.
• Proficient in Procore and Microsoft Office.
• OSHA 30-hour certification and First Aid/ CPR trained.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and distribute all project information with engineers, PMs and supervisors.
• Maintain real-time status of logs and contract documents.
• Prepare and review RFIs, submittals, and other documents.
• Assist in safety oversight and weekly safety inspections.
• Contribute to daily reports and trade contractor meetings.
