Job summary

Weatherford is seeking a Field Engineer II to perform tasks at well sites, coordinating with clients and Weatherford personnel. The role covers planning, execution, and documentation of field services, with opportunities to apply extensive knowledge to troubleshoot and optimize equipment performance.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science and 1–2.5 years in Oil & Gas, with strong fundamentals in mechanics, electronics, hydraulics, and math.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science as a minimum.
• 1–2.5 year’s experience in Oil & gas industry.
• Fundamentals of Mechanics, Electricity, Electronics, Pneumatics, and/or Hydraulics.
• Mathematics
• Basic Physics and Chemistry
• Computer fundamentals

Responsibilities

• Maintains the highest standards of corporate governance, ensuring that all activities are carried out ethically and in compliance with Weatherford’s policies.
• Plans, preparation of tools & equipment, mobilization, job execution and submission of all job-related data.
• Develops and maintains a positive relationship with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Available on 24 hours call basis to respond to customer needs.
