Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recognizes change conditions with respect to the contract.
• Ensures compliance with applicable codes, drawings, and specifications.
• Assists with constructability reviews and value engineering.
• Tracks costs for projects and maintains job costing system.
• Prepares drawings and sketches to support construction work.
