Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction science required.
• 0 to 2 years of experience on similar construction projects preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Strong Excel proficiency and data handling abilities.
• Experience in highway or road construction recommended.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Discipline Manager and coordinate construction activities.
• Perform quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
• Inspect quality and safety per applicable standards.
• Support onsite control of field works and design compliance.
• Prepare labor schedules as needed.
• Order and receive materials, supplies, tools, and equipment.
• May manage subcontractor scope of work.
• Assist with change orders and cost control.
