Job summary

Clariti Cloud Inc. is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join our government-focused team. You will own end-to-end onboarding, translate jurisdiction needs into configurations, and write migration tooling and integration adapters for legacy systems.

You will work with the CTO and a SaaS platform team to deliver rapid, scalable deployments. The role requires strong SQL, TypeScript, Python, and GIS exposure, plus willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a software engineer, with at least 2 in a customer-facing deployment role.
• Strong understanding of LLMs and agentic automations.
• Strong SQL and data-migration instincts.
• Strong TypeScript; comfortable in Python for tooling.
• Integration depth: SSO (SAML/OIDC), REST/webhooks, GIS data, payments.
• Comfort presenting to non-technical government customers and navigating security reviews.
• Willing to travel to customer sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Triage requirements into configurations, new functionality, or code.
• Define functionalities with platform devs to be ready for go-live.
• Own end-to-end onboarding: legacy data extraction, mapping, transformation, and cutover with data integrity.
• Translate jurisdiction operations into product configuration (case types, workflows, fees, templates).
• Write migration transformations and integration adapters for external systems.
• Lead customer-side technical stakeholders through IT, GIS, and security reviews.
• Turn manual workarounds into tooling specs and product capabilities.
• Build the FDE playbook and runbooks for scalable onboarding.
• Leverage AI coding agents as a core part of delivery workflow.
