Job summary

KE&G Construction Inc. in southern Arizona is seeking a Field Engineer to support field teams on heavy civil projects. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork and hands-on problem solving on project sites.

You should hold a bachelor in Civil Engineering or related field or have 3 years construction experience; MS Office skills; a valid driver's license; and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Training is provided to help you build your future with KE&G.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or Construction Management, or 3 years' equivalent experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; safety-conscious mindset.

Responsibilities

• Implement Company and Project Safety Plans.
• Assist field teams with safety and technical needs.
• Develop Hazard Risk Analysis Matrix with project team.
• Schedule training and onboarding.
• Track production and report progress.
• Procure materials and coordinate deliveries.
• Coordinate subcontractors and material deliveries.
• Assist Project Managers with pay applications, forecasts, and change orders.
• Obtain permits and locate utilities before project start.
