Job summary

FASCore Construction LLC is seeking an Entry Engineer for the Jeffersonville, Indiana project. The role involves electrical installation support, HVAC deployment, equipment mounting, and mechanical assembly, with emphasis on safety and compliance.

Ideal candidates communicate in English and Chinese, have a relevant bachelor’s degree, and can read electrical one-lines and schematics. OPT eligibility is required for work, with a clear career path toward PE-track roles.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S. under OPT eligibility.
• Bilingual English and Chinese preferred.
• Knowledge of wire sizing, breaker selection, conductor ampacity, NEC compliance.
• Ability to read electrical one-lines and mechanical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering-based field tasks including electrical installation support, HVAC deployment, equipment mounting, and mechanical assembly.
• Apply engineering principles to wiring and breaker sizing, load calculations, and NEC compliance.
• Review installation quality, torque checks, labeling, equipment startup conditions, and compliance with engineering drawings.
• Diagnose electrical faults, HVAC performance issues, and startup irregularities; coordinate corrective actions.
• Prepare field reports, redlines, installation photos, test logs, and commissioning notes.
• Work with project managers, subcontractors, inspectors, and suppliers for safe, compliant, timely execution.
• Follow OSHA, NEC, and FASCore safety protocols, including lockout/tagout and PPE.
