We Elevate... Your Responsibilities

  • Learn from ground up, initially as an NI technician installing a new Schindler product line and later servicing the portfolio as an EI technician.
  • Receive classroom and on-the-job training to learn Schindler’s latest products and technology and acquire technical skills, learning from the ground up.
  • Participate in the next on-the-job development cycle working on another product line. Each cycle includes classroom training, e-Learning, and on-the-job training for the specific product line, provided at the OC and/or by Group.
  • Carry out safety inspections to identify unsafe work practices and conditions within responsible work areas/activities, report findings, and follow up to ensure correction and prevention.
  • Conduct safety walks on frontline workers under your responsibility.
  • Ensure all SH policies, controls, and procedures are communicated and strictly followed by subcontractors and workers.
  • Maintain all tools, equipment, and machinery, ensuring defective items are identified and prevented from unintended use.
  • Report all injuries, accidents, and dangerous occurrences.

  • Education: Minimum bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics engineering.
  • Experience: Fresh graduates or applicants with less than 2 years of working experience.
