Job summary

Yellowjacket Oilfield Services, LLC in Midland, Texas is seeking a Field Engineer to lead field operations, ensure safety, and deliver high-quality service on customer sites.

You will supervise crew performance, coordinate equipment movements, train staff on SOPs, and maintain strong customer relations while promoting fishing & rental, wireline, and thru tubing services. Some travel may be required as the job demands.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisor/engineer experience in field operations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in extreme weather.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct field crew under supervision.
• Coordinate movement of personnel and equipment to customer sites.
• Train staff on SOPs and safety policies.
• Interface with customers to maintain positive relations.
• Promote Yellowjacket product lines and services; call on customers.
• Generate proposals and pricing as needed.
• Adhere to safety rules and company policies; prioritize safety.
