Qualifications

• 0-2 years of construction experience or a construction graduate.
• Valid Driver's License Required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project close-out manuals for delivery to the owner.
• Coordinate document control and update Procore.
• Support process improvement by sharing best practices.
• Develop industry relationships for future sales opportunities.
• Attend project meetings, produce and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
• Ensure bid documents are sent to bidders and maintain bidders list.
• Maintain current construction documents.
• Act on RFI's from contractors and maintain RFI log.
• Support day-to-day project management including pay requests and change orders.

Skills

Proficient in MS Office

Basic MEP knowledge

LEED AP

OSHA 10 Hour

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field
