Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
• 0-2 years of construction experience or a construction graduate.
• Basic MEP knowledge.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Valid Driver's License Required.
• LEED AP and OSHA 10 Hour a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with compilation of project close-out/operation and maintenance manuals.
• Assist Project Managers with coordinating document control and Procore updates.
• Assist with process improvement by sharing best practices.
• Develop industry relationships to generate future sales opportunities.
• Create and maintain the Contract Document Log.
• Organize and attend project meetings with the project team.
• Ensure bid documents are sent to bidders and manage bidders list.
• Maintain current construction documents.
• Maintain the CBI report and insure all insurance is up to date.
• Receive and act on RFI's and maintain RFI log.
• Review submittals and maintain submittal log.
• Support day-to-day project management including pay requests, change orders, etc.
