Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking an Associate Field Engineer to support field commissioning for building automation systems. You will gain hands-on experience through the TechVantage Ignite program, including a 2-week paid trip to Atlanta, GA, and comprehensive on- boarding.

The role emphasizes problem solving, customer focus, and developing technical skills in HVAC controls and WebCTRL software. The program starts October 28, 2026.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to be insured.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Able to climb ladders or use lift equipment over 8 ft and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Interest or background in building automation or HVAC controls is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, install, troubleshoot, and optimize customer systems using Direct Digital Control technology.
• Provide timely solutions for system issues and ensure project delivery on small to mid-level projects.
• Ensure systems operate properly including controls, sensors, and software; load software and configure trends/alarms/reports.
• Communicate project status and details to the customer and provide site-specific training.
