Job summary

Carrier is seeking an Associate Field Engineer to begin your career in field commissioning of building automation systems for each customer, as part of the TechVantage Ignite Program. You will be self-motivated, detail oriented, and customer focused as you start with troubleshooting and grow through more complex assignments.

This role offers hands-on training, including a two-week paid trip to Atlanta, Georgia, and a start date of October 28, 2026, with opportunities to learn about Direct

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable by the company.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, install, troubleshoot, and optimize customer systems using Direct Digital Control technology.
• Provide turnkey project delivery on small to mid-level projects.
• Ensure that systems operate properly, including controls, sensors, and software.
• Load software, configure trends, alarms, and reports.
• Provide site-specific training to owners/operators on the complete system.
