Job summary

Archer is hiring for a hands-on field integration engineer to install, connect, and support our AI analytics platform at customer sites in the United States. You will work directly with video environments, VMS platforms, and facility networks to deliver reliable analytics.

You will deploy on-prem and edge GPU servers, tune video streams, and collaborate with IT and operators to ensure secure, scalable operation. Travel is 40–60% to customer sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as field/integration engineer in security domains.
• Experience deploying enterprise VMS with large camera counts.
• Strong IP video fundamentals: RTSP, ONVIF, H.264/H.265.
• Willingness to travel 40-60%.

Responsibilities

• Video and VMS integration on-site with cameras, encoders, NVRs and VMS.
• Design and troubleshoot networks for video delivery and security.
• Install and maintain on-prem and edge servers; runbooks and offline updates.
• Ensure security, CJIS/compliance and data segregation on site.
• Train operators, document as-built work, and coordinate with customers.
