Provide onsite installation/construction consultation supporting implementation and disposition activities, including advising contractors on requirements based on design drawings and the statement of work (SOW).

Travel Expectations

Travel is expected to be high 75% of the time.

Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years of relevant experience OR Master’s Degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, OR additional years of relevant experience may be considered/accepted in lieu of a degree. Experience with research, design, and development of electrical equipment and systems. Completion of formal Radar training at the FAA Academy. Prior Radar certification authority at one or more airports. Several years of hands‑on field experience on one or more Radar systems in the active NAS. Comprehensive understanding of FAA operational risk management practices. Ability to perform at a high level independently and as part of a small team, while meeting an aggressive installation schedule. Demonstrated commitment to high‑quality maintenance practices during RSR implementation. Professionalism representing Leidos to FAA customers, consistent with delivering “best of the best” support. Demonstrated knowledge of FAA construction/installation requirements at RSR sites.
