Qualifications

• Associate's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years of field engineering experience.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification (preferred, within 6 months of hire).
• First Aid and CPR certification required.
• ASHE, CHC, or relevant certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with technical review and implementation of engineering plans, ensuring work meets specifications and quality expectations.
• Coordinate with project managers, field staff, superintendents, self-perform teams and subcontractors to address technical issues and keep the project moving forward.
• Support site inspections and assessments, identify risks and suggest mitigation strategies.
• Assist with gathering and organizing technical documents to keep information accurate and up-to-date.
• Recommend process improvements by analyzing field operations and suggesting methods or technologies to improve efficiency and quality, including prefabrication opportunities.
• Share technical updates with project leaders and team members to keep everyone informed.

Shares field engineering knowledge by collaborating with project teams and assisting peers and other team members. Promotes continuous improvement by reviewing field practices and suggesting enhancements to support operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Assists with technical review and implementation of engineering plans independently, ensuring work meets project specifications and quality expectations.

Education Qualifications

Associate's degree in construction management, engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience

2 - 4 years of experience in field engineering, construction management, or a related field required.

Certifications and Licenses

• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification within 6 months of hire required.
• First Aid and CPR certification required.
• ASHE, CHC, or relevant market certification preferred.
