Job summary

Insituform Technologies, LLC, an Azuria Water Solutions company, is a global leader in cured-in-place pipe rehabilitation across municipal and industrial pipelines. This role provides oversight for production, safety, quality, and project management standards while interfacing with field crews and customers.

The position includes pre-bid surveys, start-up, cost tracking, scheduling, submittals, and subcontracting support, with travel about 25% to job sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management is required or 5+ years of field construction management experience.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Solid understanding of accounting/finance principles is preferred.
• Experience in water/sewer or municipal environments is a plus.
• Must be able to travel approximately 25%.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage project costs with field crews and subcontractors; meet production and gross profit targets.
• Attend pre-bid, pre-construction, and project status meetings with customers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide oversight and project support for production, safety, quality and project management standards.
• Responsible for pre-bid site surveys, contract execution/project start-up, and closeout.
• Work withfield crews and subcontractors to track and manage project costs, meet expected production rates and gross profit margins.
• Attend pre-bid, pre-construction, and project status meetings with customers.
• Prepare, submit, and track submittals and RFI’s.
• Assist with scheduling jobs.
• Prepare scopes of work and assist with awarding subcontracts.
• Handle material procurement jobs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’sdegree in Engineering or Construction Managementand 2+years of related field construction management experienceor 5+ years of field construction experience managing an annual $1MM portfolio of projects.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Solidunderstanding of the basic principles in Accounting/Finance strongly preferred.
• Previous experience in water/sewer or municipal environment is a plus.
• Must have a solid understanding of Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel.
• Primavera and JD Edwards software experience a plus.
• Strong focuson customer satisfaction required.
• Must be able to travel as needed (approximately25%).
