Job summary

Branch Builds, Inc. is seeking a Field Engineer to ensure construction work complies with design drawing locations and to manage survey teams on-site. You will review plans, measure quantities, and supervise surveyors to maintain accuracy against project drawings.

The role requires experience in surveying, strong mathematical skills, and the ability to enforce safety policies on site. Travel to project sites is expected as part of duties.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of technical and/or surveying experience
  • 1 year of prior construction surveying experience
  • Advanced/Excellent trigonometric/geometric skills
  • Effective and Efficient decision maker
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • High school level language and speaking skills

Responsibilities

Duties/Responsibilities

The employee must be able to lift or move up to 75lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, midrange vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position which typically requires 40 hours per week.
