Job summary

Willmeng Construction is seeking a Field Engineer to support the Superintendent in a hands-on, team-oriented environment on our Arizona projects. You will help ensure work is completed on time and within budget while maintaining Willmeng's quality standards and safety culture.

You will assist with schedule management, guide day-to-day field operations, plan and sequence work, procure materials, and supervise subcontractors and vendors to drive successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Construction Engineering preferred or a BS in Engineering with relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and desire to work in a collaborative environment.
• Proficient in construction software (Procore preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Access to reliable transportation (required).

The Role

The Field Engineer is responsible for assisting the Superintendent in a hands-on, team-focused environment in all aspects of projects from startup through closeout. The Field Engineer ensures the work is completed on time, within budget, while adhering to Willmeng’s quality standards.
