Under the direction of the Project Superintendent, the Field Engineer is directly responsible for all document control and participates in overseeing the construction. This position interacts with the Project Manager and Project Superintendent, involving multiple facets of construction from conception to completion of a project. Ensure proper document control at the project site office for all phases of the construction project. Provide document support and assist field staff in all aspects of project administration; reviews and documents all field construction issues. Provide assistance to the Project Manager and Project Superintendent as required.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil related field (Ex: Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Engineering Technology) preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
Minimum two years of experience in the construction industry preferably in Multi-Family Housing.
