  • Order materials and schedule deliveries to align with project schedules.
  • Prepare detailed work plans and work packages.
  • Assist with quality assurance, equipment scheduling, and the interpretation of project drawings and specifications.
  • Verify quantity calculations and support field surveying and layout activities.
  • Compile and process labor timesheets while maintaining accurate project records.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external project stakeholders.
  • Attend project meetings and support additional project needs as assigned by project leadership.
  • Travel to and from job sites as needed to support field operations.
  • Operating a motor vehicle on behalf of the company as an essential function of the role.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, with 1-4 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • OSHA 30-hour certification.
  • First Aid/CPR certification preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing jobsite conditions, project scopes, and team dynamics.

  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to climb ladders, scaffolding, and stairs.
  • Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, precipitation, and wind.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces and environments with typical construction-site noise levels.
  • Ability to wear and properly use required safety equipment and personal protective equipment.
Travel

  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
