Job: Electrical Assistant

Location: Lenexa, KS

We’re looking for an Electrical Assistant to join our growing Facility Services Group. This entry-level role is key to supporting licensed electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in commercial and industrial construction environments. You’ll assist with day-to-day jobsite operations, help maintain safety and quality standards, and gain hands‑on experience in the electrical trade.

What You’ll Do

• Assist electricians with installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and components.
• Measure, cut, and bend conduit and wire as directed.
• Pull wire and assist with installing panels, fixtures, and electrical boxes.
• Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment on job sites.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and licensed electricians.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely.
• Support troubleshooting of electrical issues under supervision.
• Adhere to all safety procedures, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
• Assist with project setup and cleanup activities.

What You Bring

Physical Requirements

This position may require occasional travel to job sites, with potential for overnight stays depending on project needs.
