Qualifications

• RESNET Energy Rater certification or equivalent testing experience.
• Minimum 5 years in project management, field testing, or energy efficiency.
• Strong verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Demonstrated commitment to environmental sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Conducts on-site inspections (air sealing, insulation, etc.) and performance testing on residential and commercial projects.
• Collects and analyzes field data and turns site visit findings into clear internal and client reports.
• Works directly with project team, builders, and trades to communicate and achieve certification requirements.
• Manages certification compliance from design through completion for NGBS, ENERGY STAR, LEED and related programs.
• Coordinates project logistics to ensure certification milestones are met.
